Welcome to NikolaHost! Follow this step-by-step guide to go from signup to a live website.

Step 1: Sign Up and Log In

1. Choose a plan:
   • Starter: Blogs, portfolios
   • Business: Online stores, membership sites
2. Register your account:
   • Use a valid email – you’ll get a confirmation link.
3. Log in to your control panel.

Step 2: Install Your Website

• Option A: Website Builder

  1. Go to Builders > Site Builder.
  2. Pick a template (e.g., “Modern Business”).
  3. Drag and drop elements like contact forms or image galleries.
• Option B: WordPress
  1. Navigate to Applications > One-Click Installs.
  2. Select WordPress.
  3. Enter:
     • Site name
     • Admin username/password
     • Email for updates

Step 3: Connect Your Domain

1. Use an existing domain:
   • Go to Domains > DNS Management and update nameservers.
2. Buy a new domain:
   • Search and register directly in your control panel.

Step 4: Launch and Optimize

• Install SSL:
  1. Go to Security > SSL/TLS.
  2. Click Install Free Certificate.
• Set up email:
  1. Create addresses under Email > Accounts.
  2. Configure in clients like Outlook or Gmail using:

     Incoming Server: mail.nikolahost.com (Port 993)  
     Outgoing Server: mail.nikolahost.com (Port 465)
