At NikolaHost, we’ve designed our billing system to be transparent and user-friendly. Whether you’re a small business owner or a developer, here’s how to manage payments, renewals, and refunds effortlessly.

Updating Payment Methods

  1. Log in to your NikolaHost control panel.
  2. Navigate to Billing > Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add New Card and fill in your:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV code
    • Billing ZIP code
  4. Click Save Changes to confirm.

Pro Tip: Enable Auto-Pay to avoid service interruptions. If your card expires, update it at least 3 days before your renewal date.

Understanding Invoices and Renewals

  • Where to find invoices:

    1. Go to Billing > Invoices.
    2. Filter by status (e.g., “Unpaid,” “Paid,” “Due in 7 Days”).
    3. Click any invoice to download it as a PDF or print it.
  • Renewal reminders:
    • You’ll receive 3 email alerts at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before renewal.
    • To manually renew a service:
      1. Go to **Services** > **My Services**.  
      2. Click **Renew Now** next to the expiring product.  
      3. Choose a payment method and confirm.  

Handling Refunds and Disputes

To request a refund:
